Taldor d'Medani is a high-ranking member of House Medani and is the leader of the Basilisk's Gaze guild. The Medanis are known to be emotionally reserved however, Taldor takes this concept to another level as he went under intense mental training to increase his powers of observation. He is seen as an eccentric among the other members of the house and is quoted to have once said he left behind "extraneous thought and counterproductive emotion" after completing his training. Many compare Taldor to that of a living statue and believe that he doesn't even blink without considering eyelid movement first.
