Storm Front is a cult within House Lyrandar that focuses on the Devourer as the source of Lyrandar's power rather than the Sovereign deities, Arawai and Kol Korran. Adherants believe that the mightiest members of the house live on after passing in the form of krakens in the ocean depths and guide Storm Front through visions. They believe that the Mark of Storm is meant to be used destructively and that House Lyrandar should take power via force.

Calynden d'Lyrandar, the viceroy of Stormreach, is rumored to be a member of Storm Front.
