Shassa Tarr is a shifter councilwoman for the Lower Northedge ward of Sharn. She hails from a family of merchants in the North Market. As councilor, she is known to be a shrewd political negotiator with a tendency to favor shifter communities and the merchants of Lower Northedge.[2][3]
