Hi, everyone. Shake hands with the new guy.

I've noticed that there's still some editing going on here and there (the 'recent activity' panel is saying so, at least), and that there was some discussion about changing this site to be a mostly-canon resource for the setting. Given that there really aren't any other Eberron wikis out there, I'd like to add my vote in favor of this route.

I'm not terribly experienced at doing anything to contribute to a wiki, but I'm sure I can figure out the essentials fairly quickly, and I'll be more than happy to contribute when I can.

So, is this wiki still going in the 'canon' direction, with fan- and campaign-specific items being separated in some way? I'll gladly put in information from the official books when I run into a gap, but I don't plan on trying to insert things from my campaign into it.

One way or another, I'd like to add a suggestion. We might want to remove anything from the D&D Online MMO. (Granted, they used the same map in City of Stormreach, but the game map's had changes since the book was released.) To my knowledge, the events and people in that game aren't officially canon (though there are exceptions), but I noticed a note on an NPC in Stormreach specifying what sort of 'collectibles' he's looking for. Doesn't really seem to fit, IMO.LonePaladin 17:28, October 7, 2010 (UTC)
