Creilath Movanek is a half-elf bard and master inquisitive based in Sharn.[1][2]

He works for House Medani.[4][note 1] He has an half-orc bodyguard named Urzat.[1]
Activities[]
As a Medani inquisitive, Creilath is often asked to investigate crimes that the Sharn Watch find mystifying.[4]
History[]
One ordinary morning in Sharn, Creilath was called upon to examine a dead body. While he did so, he let Urzat deal with an uncooperative witness.[1]
Later, he investigated a deceased and chained half-orc found in a forge. He worked with an unidentified robed figure.[4]
Finally, Creilath spoke before the City Council of Sharn, presenting a certain book.[5]
Abilities[]
In addition to bardic magic and talent in oratory, Creilath is an expert in gathering information, research and investigation, and questioning suspects and obtaining the truth.[2]
Possessions[]
He is known to wear a +1 chain shirt and wield a +1 longsword, and to be equipped with a lens of detection and inquisitive's kit, kept in a Heward's handy haversack together with identification papers and a flute.[2]

Creilath Movanek is an example character for the Master Inquisitive prestige class featured in Eberron Campaign Setting. Unlike other such example characters, he is named and can be recognized in other artworks and quotes, so a little more is known about him.
