The Fangs of Argarak are a mountain range in central Xen'drik, extending from the Ash Cauldrons in the south into the jungles. They lie east of the desert of Menechtarun.[2][3]
Description[]
This massive mountain range boasts some of the highest peaks in the world beyond Argonnessen.[3]
Inhabitants[]
Abeils are claimed to have one or more of their hive-cities somewhere in the foothills of the Fangs of Argarak.[1]
Meanwhile, the cold high peaks are home to the yak folk. Travelers, drow, and giants who venture too close to their mountain dwellings risk becoming their victims.[1]
Locations[]
In the northern mountains stands Tharkgun Dhak, a cliff-side fortress fallen into ruins and dominated by ogres. It holds a passage into Khyber and is plagued by things of madness.[2]
