Celestial is the language spoken by the archons of the plane of Shavarath. In addition, some of the archons' eternal enemies, the demons and the devils, may also speak the language of Celestial.[1]
Behind the Scenes
Edit
For the 3rd edition, the speech of the archons was Celestial; whereas the language of the angels was Syranian. In 4th edition, Celestial and Infernal were combined into Supernal. Supernal became the language of the angels and devils, while the archons (now elemental in nature) speak Primordial.[2][3]
