Daelkyr creations

During the Daelkyr War ten-thousand years ago, the lords of the plane of Xoriat named the daelkyr invaded the plane of Eberron. Once they broke through to western Khorvaire, the daelkyr used their abilities to manipulate organic matter. They twisted a number of the races of Eberron into aberrations, monstrosities that in turn aided the daelkyr in their invasion. The daelkyr were routed by the Gatekeeper druids. Some of the daelkyr's creations survived the war, and have fled below the earth, deep within the Khyber.
