The Brotherhood of the Blade is an order of assassins led by Emon Gorsedd. The organization uses rites devoted to the Dark Six to implant evil spirits within its assassins, who are often slaves or captives taken into service (including children). The evil spirit possesses its host making them easier to control and less likely to rebel due to conscience while conducting the affairs of the Brotherhood.
