Aliwas Lyrriman d'Sivis was a past doyenne, or head, of the High Council of House Sivis.[1]
In 793 YK, Aliwas approved and funded Byrnid Dojurn's covert expedition to Xen'drik, where the gnome stole the magics of elemental binding from the drow. After receiving the manuscripts from the dying Byrnid, Aliwas supported the development of this stolen magic, allowing the gnomes to become the masters of elemental vehicles like airships.[1]
